Yeah, I'm not sure why the outlet is upside down, though nothing surprises me anymore with this house. However, the white is actually frost.
Yikes! Is that the wall where the garage used to be? Looks to me like they didn't insulate worth a crap. I think they ought to be paying your heating bill!
