November Already?

It just doesn't seem possible! In a few short weeks it will be Thanksgiving and then shortly after that it will be Karis' birthday, then of course Christmas. After that the baby countdown really begins!

With the leaves falling off the trees at a very rapid rate the squirrels don't really have much to hide in.

Happy Halloween!!!!

It's time to leave to trick or treat! A bunch of us always go out to a friends house to trick or treat. It's a 'tad' chaotic, but we wouldn't have it any other way. The kids and the adults have a fantastic time every year.

2nd Annual Halloween Party!

What a blast! We had a great time last year and an even better time this year with great friends. We had close to 30 kids here with their parents...of course. The weather has been nice enough the last couple of years that we've had a fun time cracking open a pinata and the kids have had a lot of fun playing outside. =) We can't wait for next year! Mark your calendar!

After our party we ended up going across the street to the neighbor's for the party they were having. I was exhausted, but on the plus side we were able to take over all our extra goodies and that got them out of our house.

More Halloween Goodies

I made up some sugar cookies today. Finally found a recipe that we ALL like. I decorated them with Wilton Chocolate Melts and Wilton sprinkles. They were fantastic!

More cake balls...just decorated differently! These were so incredibly easy to make. I can't wait to try out more combinations.

Kolin had fun in the basement and made up a haunted tunnel. He added bat lights and Halloween colored lights to the ceiling. The kids loved it!

A day full of parties......

Karis and Brennan both had their Halloween parties at school today. I got the chance to check out both and everyone had a lot of fun. It's always neat to see what all the other kids are wearing....you just never know what or who you might see.

Halloween Cake Ball Suckers

I had the intention of making them for Karis' preschool class party. After making them, Kolin and I decided they were much too good for the little kids and decided to give them to the teachers and save them for our Halloween party on Saturday.

Baby Eeyore #5

Last week our 3 year old preschool teacher asked if Ryanne would like to come to the 3 year old Halloween party at school. Of course I said yes. I went through our Halloween tote full of past costumes and broke out Eeyore. I can now say that all 5 kids have worn it. Baby boy will get the honor in a few years. =)
